Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products. The return must be initiated within this timeframe, and we must receive the returned item within a reasonable period after return authorization is granted.
The return period begins on the date you receive the product, not the purchase date. For items delivered in multiple shipments, the return period begins from the date of the last delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- All original accessories, documentation, and components must be included
- Products must not have been installed, cut, or modified in any way
- Items must be returned within the specified return timeframe
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Customer responsibility: Standard returns are the customer's responsibility, including shipping costs
- Company responsibility: We cover return shipping costs in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged products received
- Wrong item shipped by us
- Items that do not match the product description
- Shipping errors made by Chiphronuashrone
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if you choose an uninsured shipping method.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Please allow 2-3 business days for return authorization processing. Returns without an RA number may be delayed or refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products designed specifically for you
- Items that have been installed, cut, altered, or modified
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Products without original packaging, tags, or documentation
- Items purchased from clearance or final sale sections (if clearly marked)
- Gift cards and digital products
Exceptions may be made for defective items or shipping errors, subject to our discretion and verification.
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. In jurisdictions where additional consumer rights apply, those rights take precedence.
You may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws, including:

Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process instead.
Refund Procedure
Refunds are processed as follows:

Refund amounts include:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired curtains or textile decor item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective curtains or textile products:

- Provide photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
- You may keep the damaged item until a replacement is received (if applicable)
We will resolve defective item issues promptly and at no cost to you, including covering all shipping expenses.
